Do you know this person? Or is this someone,(the underdog), stuffing it to the Man?

It's taken me a bit to formulate an answer here because when I posted this,
it was based more on feeling than well thought out reasoning. I feel it's a
song that will make others think about how those who are living through one
of the worst times of their lives feel. I don't feel it is seditious so
much as I think the songwriter is trying to keep up the level of attention
the government needs to keep it from abusing the authority, and make them
work harder and more efficiently in coping with the disaster and it's
aftermath. Little Brother watching Big Brother maybe? I don't know.

And don't you think that this doesn't happen in other countries also? Only
we just don't hear about it because the media(I know, I know) isn't as
prevalent or is suppressive. <--- But I am most likely talking out my ear
here because I can't know that for sure.

To be honest, I found the lyrics a little disturbing. So I thought about
what this songwriter was trying to say and why. And I wondered if the lyrics were a sentiment of others in that area. I could only imagine the
varying degrees of *sentiment* towards governmental authority in that place(Louisiana). Only imagine because I am not there, I've not experienced what Louisiana residents have gone through. I think Cee knows though. And though I don't know Cee personally, I feel right in supporting this request.
